Once the product leaves our warehouse, you can contact the carrier directly for updates. If your item is missing, please contact the shipping provider and file a claim. When your claim is filled, simply provide us with your claim number and we will re-ship your order.
Since our products are consumable, taking any inventory back for reselling would present a safety risk. Therefore, we do not offer refunds.
